VALIDITY OF OFFER :

PAYMENT:
Registration is effective upon signature by the customer subject to availability has not disappeared in the meantime. For stays abroad (packages)

The insurance shall in no case be refundable or transferable. ACCOMMODATION:

TRANSPORTATION:
Schedules, type of aircraft, company names, routes, airports of departure and arrival are intended as indicative, they are subject to change without notice even during transit. These changes as well as any technical incident, accident, delay, cancellation, strike, calling additional fortuitous events, political, social, cultural, climatic, due to third parties or force majeure would be eligible for cancellation of the trip without costs or to compensation and we have to bear any consequences of any kind particularly care costs pre and post delivery.
For changes in schedules of transportation due to the carrier, particularly in the case of special flights, known as "charter", our liability will be incurred only if this change exceeds 48 H. All tickets lost or stolen will not be reimbursed and must be redeemed by the customer. All the consequences of such loss, theft or non-use shall be borne by him. LIABILITY:
Prior to his entry and departure, the purchaser must inform the competent authorities, embassy, consulate ... police formalities, customs and health requirements of his journey. We disclaim any responsibility in case of modification or cancellation of services due to weather conditions or events beyond our control.
For the execution of our travels, we use different carriers to keep passengers against their own responsibilities.
The concept of civil liability (accident, fire, theft, etc. .....) vary depending on the legislation of the countries concerned, it is advisable for travelers to ensure individual insurance by those eventually purchased through us.
The liability of airlines is limited. The passenger ticket constitutes the sole contract between them and the buyer. The airline is entirely responsible for all losses, damages and accidents that may occur to passengers, their baggage and their animals.
CANCELLATION:
In most cases we would have to cancel the trip or stay, the customer will be offered a travel or stay at a cost comparable. In case of refusal of the client it will repay the amounts paid and receive compensation equal to the penalty that would have incurred if the cancellation was the fact that date. If this cancellation is imposed by circumstances of force majeure or due to passenger safety, the customer can not claim any compensation. If the cancellation is due to an insufficient number of participants no later than 21 calendar days before departure, the customer can not claim any compensation. CLAIMS:
Any claim relating to a trip or a stay should be received as well as at the relevant service provider, not later than 30 days after the date originally scheduled for late delivery, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. It is clear that any claim is made by fax, telephone, ordinary mail, e-mail or other means, be made out of time, or not made with the service providers or if necessary, will be taken into account . In case of dispute the Courts of Tunis will be competent.
